“There are different paths you can take to Splitsville,” Stephens said in a recent interview. “One of them can eat you alive, and you’ll come out of it torn up and damaged. And the other one is, ‘I’m going to get on with my life and I’m going to find happiness because there’s still plenty of time left in the game.’”

The Road to Splitsville offers a blend of the authors’ expertise throughout their combined nine decades of practice to help guide readers through the legal and emotional aspects of divorce in a way that can minimize drama and distress.

“We live in a society where the decision to divorce is all too common, and those needing advice about how to get there are many,” Stephens said. “Our intention is to reduce the stress and expense involved in the divorce process by providing wisdom, support, empathy, and the practical information you will need to complete your journey as you find the path to your new life.”
