Our Thoughts about Iconic Paw and Our Personalized Portraits
When my wife and I were offered to have a portrait of Jasper made we were very excited. We had lost our last 2 dogs in our house fire in October 2018. Last June we were finally back in our home and started discussing getting a new puppy. My wife researched and decided she would love a Great Dane. She said she wanted to “go big or go home”. So we traveled down to Tennessee to pick up Jasper on August 31. It is surprising how fast a Great Dane puppy grows. So I digress, sorry about that.
I looked over all the Iconic Paw website, (there are SO many choices to choose from). Then I saw the option for “Pet Heroes“. I felt like a kid as I imagined what Jasper would look like in a superhero outfit. I chose the Thunderpaw portrait.
I have been a Marvel fan since I can remember. I enjoy all things Marvel but I think Thor is my most favorite. So it was only fitting that I chose the Thunderpaw portrait. My wife thought I would want Dead Pool which probably would have been my second choice.
The process was so easy. All I had to do was send them a photo of Jasper. The background didn’t matter as they were able to take that part out.
As you see above the left is the photo I sent to them and the right is what they came up with. Isn’t that awesome? We think so, and now it proudly hangs in my office.
