The first season of 10 episodes they recently debuted on Hulu and Peacock on October 2. Set in modern-day New Orleans, Fright Krewe follows an unlikely group of misfit teens who, through an ancient prophecy and the spirit of Marie Laveau – who’s based on the real-life Louisiana legend – are gifted with superhuman abilities bestowed by five loas, or Voodoo spirit guides to defeat a powerful fear-eating demon. Now, they must work together and overcome their inner struggles to save their city and the world.
