Wishing you well on your journey back to health. I have been advised by my doctor to avoid strenuous exercises so I can only do walking and stretching exercises. I don’t really have to lose weight because I am at my ideal weight right now. I just have to maintain it.

We really have to keep going! I just began my fitness journey this year in March and lost a lot of weight come June. Now I’m still trying to lose some weight and maintain the weight I lost. You are doing such a great job of keeping your goal of trying to be healthy.
